We have received an application seeking approval for an Unhosted Short-Term Rental Accommodation (USTRA) (Holiday House) at No.5A Fletcher Street, Rockingham.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- The dwelling comprises three (3) bedrooms and a single garage with space available for parking of an additional vehicle in front of the garage;
- The dwelling will accommodate up to a maximum of six (6) guests;
- No minimum night stay;
- All bookings will be managed through online booking platforms;
- Guest check-in will occur after 2pm, and check-out before 10am;
- The Property Manager will be available 24/7 to attend to any complaints;
- House Rules include the following:
- No smoking or vaping on the property;
- Pets may be permitted on request;
- No parking on road or verge; and
- No parties or events.
