We have received an application seeking approval for an Unhosted Short-Term Rental Accommodation (USTRA) (Holiday House) at No.5A Fletcher Street, Rockingham.

Details of the proposal are as follows:

  • The dwelling comprises three (3) bedrooms and a single garage with space available for parking of an additional vehicle in front of the garage;
  • The dwelling will accommodate up to a maximum of six (6) guests;
  • No minimum night stay;
  • All bookings will be managed through online booking platforms;
  • Guest check-in will occur after 2pm, and check-out before 10am;
  • The Property Manager will be available 24/7 to attend to any complaints;
  • House Rules include the following:
    • No smoking or vaping on the property;
    • Pets may be permitted on request;
    • No parking on road or verge; and
    • No parties or events.
