Proposed Holiday House - Elizabeth Street, Shoalwater


The City has received an application seeking development approval for a proposed holiday house to operate from Strata Lot 1 (No.2A) Elizabeth Street, Shoalwater.

Details of the proposal are provided as follows:

  • The applicant is seeking development approval to use the existing unit on the property as a holiday house offering short stay (unhosted) accommodation.
  • A maximum of six guests and a minimum two night stay per booking. 
  • The property manager resides within Rockingham and will attend the property in the event of an emergency and/or complaint.
  • A house management plan has been submitted to support the application.
