Proposal

The City has received an application seeking approval for a Holiday House offering short stay accommodation for the abovementioned dwelling.

Details of the proposal are provided below:

• A maximum of six guests are proposed under any one booking
• Marketing, bookings and enquiries will be arranged through Airbnb
• Parking is available on site in the garage and driveway, and
• A house management plan has been submitted with the application which details the owner's contact details in the case of an emergency or complaint.
