Proposal
We have received an application seeking approval for change of use to unhosted short-term rental accommodation (holiday house) at 38 Butterleaf Road, Baldivis.
The proposal details are as follows:
- The applicant is seeking development approval to use the existing dwelling as a holiday house for short stay (unhosted) accommodation purposes to be marketed on the Airbnb and Booking.com platforms
- a minimum booking of two nights for a maximum of six guests is proposed
- space within the onsite garage is available for two cars to park within the property
- quiet time to be observed from 10pm to 7am
- a property manager will be on call and contactable in the event of an emergency and/or complaint.
House management plan and house rules have been provided in support of the proposal.
