Proposal

We have received an application seeking Development Approval for an Unhosted Short-Term Rental Accommodation (USTRA) (Holiday House) at Lot 36 (No.4) Avoca Chase, Baldivis.

The details include:

  • The dwelling comprises of four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with space available for two parking bays in the garage of the dwelling
  • the holiday house will accommodate up to a maximum of eight guests in total comprising of six adults and two children
  • each booking will require a minimum three night stay
  • all bookings will be managed through online booking platform
  • guest check-in will occur after 2pm, and check-out before 10am
  • any complaints are managed by the property owners or an appointed local contact who will be available at all times to attend to situations as required
  • house rules include the following:
    • no smoking indoors
    • no parties permitted
    • quiet hours after 10pm.
