Proposed Commercial Vehicle Parking - Cooloongup
We have received an application seeking Development Approval for Commercial Vehicle Parking at Lot 686 (No.4) Grange Drive, Cooloongup. Details of the proposal are provided below:
- Applicant is seeking to park a tilt tray tow truck on the abovementioned property
- the vehicle will be parked in the driveway under the patio attached to the dwelling
- from Monday to Saturday, the vehicle will depart the property at 7am, arriving back at the property by 5pm each day
- no maintenance or mechanical repairs will be undertaken on site.
