Proposal
We have received an application seeking approval to undertake bulk earthworks within the northern portion of the Kennedy Bay structure plan area,
on Lot 3027 Tidal Drive, Port Kennedy.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- Bulk earthworks are proposed within the northern portion of the Kennedy Bay structure plan area
- approximately 100,000 m³ of surplus cut material is proposed to be removed from the northern portion of the structure plan area to complete the balance of the bulk earthworks required to complete the adjoining stage two civil works to the south
- no imported fill is proposed as a part of this application
- vehicles will enter the site via an entry point on the southern boundary of the site bordering the stage two development precinct
- the works are expected to take approximately 12 weeks, between the hours of 7am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday
- dust management measures are proposed to protect the amenity of the surrounding residential areas.
