Port Kennedy Business Park Enterprise Structure Plan


We have received an application seeking approval of a Standard Structure Plan to guide subdivision, development and conservation of 67 hectares (ha) of land east of the established Port Kennedy Business Enterprise Park.

The proposal seeks to:

  1. Designate 49ha of land within the Port Kennedy Business Enterprise Zone for Service Commercial, Office, Light Industrial Development and access roads, with the potential for 117 lots ranging between 1,000m2 and 9,000m2.
  2. Reserve approximately 18ha of the central portion of the site for conservation purposes;
  3. Provide a 0.17ha parcel of land for public open space and drainage; and
  4. Provide three access points onto Port Kennedy Drive and one access point onto Bakewell Drive.
