Proposal
We have received an application seeking approval for a 'Use Not Listed' (Holiday House) located to Lot 122 (No.316) Safety Bay Road, Safety Bay.
The details are:
- A maximum of five adults or one family (limited to six people) will be permitted to attend the premises at any one time;
- Booking and enquiries will be arranged via online platforms, such as Air BnB;
- The applicant/property owners will be the Property Manager for the business and will be fully responsible for managing any complaints received in relation to the accommodation;
- The Property Manager will be residing within a five minute drive of the property;
- Car parking will be provided on the property and not on the street or grassed verge; and
- A House Management Plan has been submitted with the application.
