Extension to Holiday House Approval - Parkin Street, Rockingham


The City has received an application seeking to extend the Development Approval for the Holiday House operating from Unit 1, No.2 Parkin Street, Rockingham. The applicant has confirmed that the operation of the Holiday House has not changed in any way since the previous Development Approval was issued in April 2023.

Details of the proposal are provided as follows:

  • A maximum of four adults, or one family with a maximum of five persons, are permitted to occupy the holiday house under any one booking.
  • The holiday house is managed by the owner and marketed on platforms such as booking.com and Airbnb.
  • The holiday house is managed in accordance with the House Management Plan.
