Anstey Park Structure Plan Amendment – Lot 35 and 36 Surf Drive, Secret Harbour

PTS Town Planning have prepared the abovementioned Structure Plan amendment to incorporate modifications to Lot 35 and 36 Surf Drive, Secret Harbour identified within the Anstey Park Structure Plan to guide subdivision and development of the site.

The proposal seeks the following modifications:

1. Relocation of the Public Open Space (POS) located in the northern portion of Lots 35 and 36 Surf Drive, Secret Harbour to the corner of Surf Drive and Warnbro Sound Avenue.
2. The R30 density coded dwellings located overlooking the POS have also been relocated with the POS.  The R30 density that surrounding the previously located POS has been down coded to R20.

Details of the Amendment are also available at the City’s Administration Building, Civic Boulevard, Rockingham during the hours of 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
