Notice is hereby given that the City of Rockingham has initiated the above mentioned Scheme Amendment for the purpose of adding Lots 51 (No.33), 52 (No. 35) and 88 (No.37) Elanora Drive and Lots 14 (No.24) and 16 (No. 20) Rothesay Court, Cooloongup to Schedule No.2. Additional Uses in accordance with the table below, and amend the TPS No.2 Scheme Map accordingly.

Shop ‘IP’
  1. The net lettable area for the shop (pharmacy) will be limited to 150 m2.
  2. The net lettable area for the restaurant/café will be limited to 100 m2.
  3. The shop will only be used for a pharmacy registered under the Pharmacy Regulations 2010.
  4. The hospital use will be restricted to a ‘day surgery’ as defined by the Health Services Act 2016 Section 8(1) and Health Services (Day Hospital Facility) Determination 2016.
