Proposal

We have received a request to amend Town Planning Scheme No.2 to rezone Lots 151 (No.1243) and Lot 152 (No.1245) Mandurah Road, Baldivis from 'Rural' to 'Special Rural' and 'Special Residential' to enable a future subdivision as follows:

  • amending Schedule 4 - Special Rural Zones "Portions of Planning Unit 4 of the Rural Land Strategy' to amend plan reference 4(v), to include "portion of Lot 151 and Lot 152 Mandurah Road, Baldivis";
  • amending Schedule 5 - Special Residential Zones "Portions of Planning Unit 4 of the Rural Land Strategy to amend plan reference 4(ii), to include "portion of Lot 151 and 152 Mandurah Road, Baldivis";
  • amend Plan No.4 Special Rural Zones (North) to include the subject portions of Lots 151 and 152;
  • amend Plan No.6 Special Residential Zones (North) to include the subject portions of Lots 151 and 152; and
  • amend the Scheme Maps accordingly.
