Further easing of public health and social measures
The State Government's announcement that public health and social measures will further ease in WA from 12.01am Friday 29 April means our facilities and events have returned to normal operations without the requirement for masks, proof of vaccination or capacity limits.
Since 14 April you have not needed to check-in at any of our facilities or events.

Administration Building Aqua Jetty Libraries
Aqua Jetty is open to members and non-members and is operating as normal. There are no capacity restrictions and no proof of vaccinations requirements. Masks are not required.

Rockingham Aquatic Centre
Regular programming and events continue at our libraries. For a full program of events please visit our events listing.
The Toy Library at Rockingham Library is open to all members with no bookings required.
Toy Library hours are:
- Tuesday and Thursday 11am to 4pm
- Saturday 9.30am to 11.30am.

Mike Barnett Sports Complex
Group fitness classes are running as normal for members and non-members. Bookings are essential.

Group fitness timetable
The complex is open from Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm, and closed on public holidays. For information on weekend availability and after-hours bookings, contact the centre on 9591 0850 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Rockingham Arts Centre Rockingham Youth Centre Community Halls and Active Reserves
The Autumn Centre is operating as normal. Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 7.15am - 4pm excluding public holidays.
Sit down meals in the dining room and food and drink from the café are available for both members and visitors. The hairdresser and podiatry service is available and most after-hours classes are operating.

Take away meals
The Autumn Centre continues to provide frozen takeaway meals from 8am to 1.30pm Monday to Friday. You may purchase and collect meals at the Autumn Centre. The cost is $8 for a main meal.
Payment via card is encouraged to avoid a further point of contact but cash is accepted if necessary.

Our community centres and halls have returned to their normal capacity limits.
Playgrounds, enclosed dog exercise areas and skateparks
The Millar Road Landfill Facility is open to accept waste and recycling products from the public and commercial operators. Please refer to the landfill page for opening times and conditions.
For the safety of customers and employees, please observe the following:
- If you are unwell, please remain at home.
- Observe the recommended physical distancing and health and hygiene measures.
- The preferred payment is a tip pass, EFTPOS or account.
- The Recycle Yard may be accessed to drop off items for recycling. Recyclable items accepted are: metals, cardboard, polystyrene, car batteries, engine oil, and items dropped off through the Paintback scheme and Household Hazardous Waste. Household items brought to the landfill not listed under accepted household items will incur landfill fees.
- The Reuse Shop is open to shoppers from 7.30am-4pm Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
- Green waste is also accepted (tip pass or fees apply).
All of the the City's playgrounds, skateparks, enclosed dog exercise areas and outdoor fitness equipment are open in line with State Government restrictions.

We continue to conduct our four-yearly physical inspections of swimming pool and spa barriers. Letters will be sent out inviting those residents with barriers that are due for inspection to contact us to make a booking.
The City is committed to ensuring the health and wellbeing of its staff and the community. Compliance officers conducting the inspections will implement social distancing and other hygiene measures at all inspections. Where access to the pool barrier is available via the side of the house or through a carport or garage, this is preferable.
