The program consists of four sessions run over four weeks (participants must attend ALL four sessions). All sessions are hands-on, fun and provide a safe environment to try new recipes and skills. Each session is 2.5 hours in length, including education, activities, cooking and eating delicious, healthy food.
Food Sensations will run Tuesdays 10am-12:30pm.
