The City of Rockingham welcomed thousands of community members to the Foreshore Celebration on Saturday 26 October and Sunday 27 October 2019.
The weekend consisted of a variety of free entertainment and activities for all ages and abilities to enjoy the new spaces of the revitalised foreshore.
Highlights of the weekend included the Castaways Sculpture Exhibition, community Lantern Parade, Act-Belong-Commit Breakthrough Music Finals, and many happy smiling faces as the community engaged in the activities and enjoyed re-connecting to their foreshore.
This event was part of the City’s Summer Series of family-friendly, smoke-free and alcohol-free events.
