Are you concerned about people in your club, group, friends or family that may be thinking about suicide? It may be hard to know what to say or how to help.

LivingWorks safeTALK is a four-hour training session that equips people to be more alert to someone thinking about suicide and better able to connect them with further help.

This training is suited for adults over 18 years of age and from all walks of life, and does not require any previous knowledge or skills - just a willingness to listen and support others who may be having a hard time.

This is a free workshop for anyone living, volunteering, studying or working in the City of Rockingham.

Registrations are essential via the button below or call 9528 0333 for more details.

There is always someone to listen. If you or someone you know needs help, contact Beyond Blue on 1300 224 636 or Lifeline on 13 11 14.
