Nom! Children is a free community healthy eating and cooking program designed to provide parents and carers of children aged 5 years and under with the tools to create a positive eating experience for the whole family.
Run over five weeks, each session includes learning through fun, interactive activities and discussion, and an hour of hands-on cooking using quick, tasty, low-cost recipes.
Children are cared for in a crèche and are invited to share a meal with their guardians at the conclusion of the session.
