Millar Road Waste & Recycling Facility
Waste Services is responsible for the collection of waste at the Millar Road Waste & Recycling Facility and has in place collection services for household general waste, green waste and bulk waste via various services during the year. Details of these services can be found below.
The City of Rockingham's Waste & Recycling facility is located at Millar Road, Baldivis. City of Rockingham residents receive a number of tip passes for the facility each year which are included within rate notices. This enables each household four free general waste entries and FOUR free green waste entries (1m3 of domestic waste from a car, utility, van or trailer). If you are a new ratepayer and have not received any tip passes, you can obtain them from the Council's Administration Building by completing a statutory declaration form.
Please note that car bodies may be disposed of free of charge where all tyres are removed and no rubbish is left in car bodies.

Council are committed to the values of recycling and encourage the use of the Millar Road Facility Recycling Yard. It is currently being further developed to increase the amount and types of material retrieved for recycling that previously has been dumped as landfill. The placing of recyclable materials is free of charge dependent on the type and value of the material.
