Outdoor Events Policy
We have reviewed and updated our Outdoor Events Policy to help make the approval process easier for event organisers. The proposed policy outlines the types of events that need an Outdoor Events Application, and the supporting information you need to provide to us so your event can be approved.
This policy review is part of several improvements we are making to our outdoor events application process so we can improve our service to event organisers.

The proposed Outdoor Events Policy is open for public comment until 4.30pm on Thursday 26 July 2018 and we invite you to share your thoughts now:
Any written submission received in response to this invitation may be placed on the public record and be available for inspection.
