Construction of the new Gary Holland Community Centre is now complete.
Officially opened on the 13th of November 2008 the Centre is now taking bookings for community, commercial and private events.
Boasting a 470m2 Main Hall ( with adjoining kitchen) capable of holding up to 399 people, 140m2 Multipurpose Room capable of holding 90 people, a board room style Meeting Room for 28 people and Art Exhibition space the Gary Holland Community Centre is a welcome modern addition to Rockingham Waterfront area.
Boosting the operations of the Centre is the relocation of the Rockingham Visitors Centre and the residency of the Rockingham Regional Arts group who will deliver arts and cultural activities from the Arts/Culture space with in the Centre.
Normal operating hours of the Centre are 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with bookings taken outside of these hours.
