Cultural Journey - An Afternoon with Gningala Yarran-Mark

Event Summary

Gningala Yarran-Mark, a Wongathu/Yamitji woman on her mother's side and Nyoongar/Gitja on her father's side, grew up in Yamitji country on Mount Magnet Reserve. Gningala completed her law degree as a single mother of five children, and was appointed as the first Aboriginal Judge's Associate in Western Australia, and as a Barrister/Solicitor she became the first Aboriginal State Prosecutor in WA.

Join us during NAIDOC Week and welcome Gningala to help celebrate the invaluable contribution she has made to our communities, our families, our rich history and to our nation. Bookings essential.
