Lot 401 Civic Boulevard, Rockingham
Section 3.58 of Local Government Act 1995
The City of Rockingham hereby gives public notice in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 that it proposes to dispose of a 1254 square metre lot owned by the City, being Lot 401 corner Civic Boulevard and Central Promenade, Rockingham. The proposed purchaser is the Rockingham Kwinana Division of General Practice Limited. The purchase price is $670,000 plus GST. The site will be used to build a GP Super Clinic to provide integrated health services to Rockingham and the surrounding communities.
The sale will be on the terms as resolved by the Council and the sale price is based on the valuation from a licenser valuer provided to the City on the 4th October 2011.
Submissions in respect of the proposed sale may be made to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Rockingham, PO Box 2142, Rockingham DC Western Australia 6967 before 5.00pm on Monday, 28th November 2011. Submissions should be in writing and marked "Submissions Sale of Lot 401 Civic Boulevard, Rockingham".
