New Fee for Dumping Mattresses

As of 1 July 2011, a mattress brought to the Millar Road Landfill will incur a $16.50 fee.
A tip pass can also be surrendered, maximum of one mattress per load or additional charges apply.
Mattresses will still be collected as part of the up coming junk and whitegoods verge collection. Please see new Waste Services Calender mailed to households in June for verge collection dates, or telephone Waste Services on 08 9528 8550.
