Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Electors of the City of Rockingham will be held in the Reception Room of the Council Administration Building on Monday, 4 April 2011 at 6:00pm.
BUSINESS
1. Annual Report 2009/10
2. General Business
Electors are invited to raise items of general business which they may wish the Meeting to discuss. To allow questions to be properly researched and answered, notice of questions can be lodged, in writing, at this office until 30 March 2011.
Copies of Annual Report containing:
1. Mayoral Report
2. Chief Executive Officer’s Report
3. Plan for the District Report
4. Financial Report for 2009/2010
5. Auditor’s Report; and
6. Statutory and Non-Statutory Reports
Are available from the Council Office, Civic Boulevard, Rockingham or the Council web site www.rockingham.wa.gov.au prior to the meeting.
