Hiring a venue

Casual Hire/One-off bookings

For casual or one-off bookings, please complete the Application for Casual Hire and forward it to the City of Rockingham. You will be contacted to arrange payment prior to your function date once the availability of your venue has been confirmed and your application has been assessed. If your function is a large-scale celebration such as an 18th or 21st birthday party, or an engagement or wedding, you will need to complete a Party Registration Form to accompany your application. Please note Baldivis Recreation Centre and Singleton Hall are the only venues able to accommodate 16th to 21st birthday parties, provided the functions are glass free.

All venues are available for bookings from 8.00am to 1.00am except McClarty Hall and Singleton Hall which are available from 8.00am to 12.00am (midnight).

Regular bookings

For regular hire, please complete an Application for Regular Hire. You will be contacted to arrange payment prior to your first booking date once the availability of your venue has been confirmed and your application has been assessed. Regular hirers wishing to pay on a monthly account will need to complete an Application for Credit Facilities. Until this is approved, all bookings must be paid up front.

To arrange a viewing of a community hall or centre please contact the City of Rockingham Caretaker Karen Dennison during office hours on 0420 566 771.

The Gary Holland Community Centre is the City of Rockingham’s premier community facility.

 

Boasting several multipurpose-designed spaces, the facility is a suitable space for meeting, functions, events and exhibitions.

Situated within the Waterfront Village Precinct, the centre is within walking distance of Rockingham’s beautiful beachfront, restaurant and café strip.

 

The centre is easily accessible via public transport and is serviced by ample street parking and parking to the rear of the building.
