The City is currently seeking public comment on the following proposals.
Proposed Local Structure Plan - Lot 1507 Eighty Road, Baldivis (Parkland Heights)
The City has received and application seeking approval for a proposed Local Structure Plan for Lot 1507 Eighty Road, Baldivis, to facilitate the development of the land for residential purposes.
Written submissions on the proposal can be made on a Submission Response Form and should be directed to the City to be received no later than the 11 May 2012.
Proposed West Karnup Structure Plan
An application has been received seeking approval for a proposed Local Structure Plan for Lots 3 and 806 Mandurah Road, Karnup, to facilitate the development of the land for residential purposes.
The proposed Structure Plan includes the following elements:-
- Residential densities ranging from 'R25' - 'R40' to facilitate the development of approximately 1200 dwellings;
- Neighbourhood Shopping Centre;
- Primary School;
- District Open Space (18.50ha); and
- Seven (7) Public Open Space reserves ranging in size from 3,300m2 to 4.50ha.

Proposed Baldivis Activity Centre Structure Plan
An application has been received seeking approval for a proposed Activity Centre Structure Plan for the Baldivis District Town Centre.
