Four key focus areas have been identified, each with a number of objectives, making measurement of key indicators easily identifiable.

  • Regional Leadership - to manage and develop stakeholder relationships and deliver programs and services that will maximise the City’s economic development potential and position the organisation as a respected and effective development facilitator.
  • Marketing City Of Rockingham - to market and promote the City of Rockingham and the region to foster economic development.
  • Major Infrastructure Project - to facilitate urban development and strategic infrastructure provision for economic prosperity.
  • Key Regional Opportunities - to utilise the resources available and are unique to the City of Rockingham that will drive economic development.
