The City of Rockingham aims to provide its services, products and information as widely as possible within the community. Within the online services framework every effort has been made to ensure as few impediments exist as possible to allow people to use the web-based services.
Accessibility tools
The City of Rockingham website contains various tools that enhance the accessibility of content including:
- Text sizer tool that allows browsers to increase and decrease the size of web text. The text sizer tool is shown as the A+ A- icons on the top right of the website.
- Search bar that allows browsers to search for specific topics. The search bar is shown on the top right of the website under the text sizer tool.
- Bread crumb navigation that shows browsers what section of the webpage they are in and what previous sections they entered to arrive there. Breadcrumbs are displayed on the top right of the web page content and under the search bar.
