- Contact your local Councillor
- Write to Council
- Present a question to a Council meeting through 'question time'

Copies of all non-confidential items which will be tabled at a council meeting are normally available to the public on the Monday prior to the meeting. If you wish to take copies of any items a fee of 30c may be charged to cover copying costs. Please note that certain topics are discussed by Council 'in-camera' (public exclusion) when the interests of individuals are to be protected, or where legal implications require confidentiality.
